We are aware of a minor bug where the time and date may be stuck on the device incorrectly. 

To correct the time:

  1. Disconnect your device from the app (remember to stop the activity first).
  2. Reconnect your device.
  3. This should force your Protect to update to the right time/date. 


Our technical team are looking into releasing a minor bug fix for this, which is due to be released in future firmware updates.
