If you’re encountering any issues, one of the best things to do is to check which version of the firmware your Protect is on, to ensure you're on the latest version. We always update our release notes to check against, or our support team can let you know which version you should be on (you can chat with us using the little blue button in the corner).
To check your firmware:
- Open your Tended app.
- Tap settings (the cog icon in the bottom right hand corner).
- Tap device settings.
- Tap the three dots next to your paired device.
- The firmware version will be listed here.
- To update, tap ‘check for updates’.
