You can alternatively click "Support" at the top of our website and leave your email, order number and reason for wanting a return. A member of our team will then be with you as soon as they can. 

To process your return and refund please leave in the message/email :

  1. Your full name.
  2. Your order number.
  3. Your reason for wanting to return your device.
  4. A member of our support team will then be able to provide you with your returns label and information. 

In the returns package :

  1. Print out and attach a completed returns form ( accessible here ). 
  2. All of the items in your order.
